Massachusetts AG’s Office Releases Regulations Regarding Earned Sick Time Law

The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office recently released proposed regulations regarding the Earned Sick Time Law, passed by voters last fall. The new law requires employers with 11 or more employees to provide paid sick leave per year. The AG’s office has scheduled six public hearings over the next two months on the issue. Written comments can also be submitted on or before June 10, 2015.
